Regulations

Upon check-in, guests are given keys to their room, to the gate and a remote control for the gate. Please hand over all these keys at check-out.

Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 22:00, unless other times have been agreed with us.

On the day of check-out, rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am.

Our house offers breakfast only on selected dates. Their possible availability must be agreed min. 3 days prior to arrival. They are served in the form of a buffet when the minimum number of guests has been assembled. There are many dishes, we bake our own breads, there are local products (eggs, cheese, cold cuts, honey, depending on the season).

Other catering must be arranged at least one week before arrival, with a minimum group of 20 people.

There is a well-equipped kitchen for guests in the house. Meals can also be ordered from nearby restaurants with delivery. We provide a list of recommended restaurants.

To confirm the booking, we charge a deposit of approx. 30% of the value of the stay.

In case of cancellation of the stay, we refund 50% of the deposit paid. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days or less before the date of arrival.

The price is subject to change by a maximum of inflation according to the Central Statistical Office (GUS), calculated from the day of booking to the day of arrival.

Please separate your waste in accordance with generally applicable standards. Large waste bins are located next to the car park, behind the green hedge.

Guests are required to clean up after themselves and wash the dishes they use, including coffee cups. Exceptions are meals served by the hosts.

Please do not throw rubbish into the toilet, only toilet paper.

Please do not throw rubbish with a bad smell into the bins located in the common areas inside the building. Rubbish of this type should be thrown into the mixed waste bin located outside the building or into the special nappy bin standing on the first floor next to the stairs.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or common areas inside the building. There is a separate smoking area in front of the house and on the terrace.

The whole house is quiet at night from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No parties can be held without the express permission of the hosts.

Children and adults of all ages are welcome, as long as they know how to respect other guests’ right to rest.

We have 2 feeding seats and 2 cots for babies.

Please do not dispose of nappies in the bins located in the common areas inside the building. This type of waste should be disposed of in the mixed waste container located outside the building or in the special nappy bin standing on the first floor next to the stairs.

Please bring a bed for your pet. They should not stay on sofas or in beds.

Dogs must be under the owner’s constant supervision, including in the garden area. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms or common areas. Dogs often bark and scratch at doors when the owner is away. Dogs must be on a lead during our breakfasts.

Dogs are not allowed to relieve themselves in our garden area. Instead, the dog should be taken outside the property and the owner is obliged to clean up after them.

All pets are welcome, provided that they do not disturb other guests’ right to rest, i.e. do not bark too much and keep clean.

The pet fee is PLN 25 per day.

You can linger to your heart’s content in the inn’s dining room. As a rule, there is nice music playing in the background. If it’s not there, please ask us, we’ll be happy to turn it on. If you end up having a late-night chat, please switch off the light afterwards. Coffee from the coffee machine is available, sometimes our homemade cakes or other drinks. In the kitchen there are equipment for preparing meals. Plates, cutlery, pots, pans, induction burners, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle. Sugar, spices, coffee, tea are available for use. Each room has a dedicated shelf in the fridge and a basket for dry provisions.

Terrace tables and chairs, deck chairs, hammocks and blankets for cooler evenings are available.
Vehicles are not allowed in the garden area.
Mini golf clubs and balls are available on request.
For the use of the brick barbecue, please supply your own charcoal.
There are metal sausage roasting sticks, a large steel rod grate, tables, chairs and a shelter for inclement weather. Wood is chargeable at the price at which we buy it.

No indoor fire is allowed, including incense and candles. Our house is of wooden construction.

Please do not ventilate your rooms for long periods during the heating season. The radiator then heats the air outside, not the room.

Please do not leave windows open unattended. Rain, snow or hail can cause damage.

For security purposes, there is CCTV in the common areas of the house, the recordings are deleted automatically after 2 weeks. The recordings are only reviewed by the house staff in situations of damage. There is no monitoring in rented rooms.

Guests are obliged to leave the rooms in an undamaged condition and, in the event of damage caused by their fault, they are obliged to cover the cost of repair and restoration. Please report any damage at the latest at check-out.

The hosts live in the same building, in a separate private area.
